Indeed, in addition to making it’s own plastic containers, Roy+Leclair complements it’s pharmaceutical line by adding Vanga’s original and extensive line. Vanga’s specific styles, shapes and sizes allow us to offer our customers a lot more options. Further more, the PET line, with multiple color options, fills a market segment which has been growing considerably for the last few years.

Our European and American customers will also benefit from this new partnership. Most of these containers are available in 2 weeks or less and may also be included in our stocking program for fast delivery.

The selection of these new presses was based on the possibility to run the same materials approved by our customers that normally run on the extrusion presses. This strategic choice also allows us to offer very competitive solutions for the development of new products which can then be transferred to more performing presses when volumes increase.

These new machines now allow us to produce with molds as small as 2 cavities or as large as 20 cavities and give us flexibility which is hard to find these days.

This new room will allow us to meet our customers’ requirements for their ophthalmic, nasal or injectable products. We have already passed 6 customer quality audits with success due to the high performance equipment selected which allows us to offer a product which meets more than the standard.

Finally, we hope to be adding 3 to 5 more of these rooms in the next 5 years focusing on individual and isolated production cells for each container produced.
